New Patient Information
More than half of our patients have been referred by other enthusiastic patients and parents. We treat all of our patients with respect and each receives quality orthodontic care; we intend to treat you just as well. We are certain you will feel comfortable in recommending us to your friends and family. As part of our practice, you’ll be in good company. We’re proud of the number of area dentists, physicians, and their families who are among our patients. Our patients and parents are the most important part of our practice.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT
We are always excited for your first visit to our office. This gives us a chance to get to know you. You will meet with our Treatment Coordinator who will answer any questions you might have and will review your specific concerns. She will also take a panorex of your teeth that will be used to help diagnose and discuss your orthodontic problems.
Next, Dr. Saba will do an extensive examination. You will find Dr. Saba’s examination process to be thorough and complete. Cosmetic and functional goals are tailored to the specific needs of each patient. All findings and recommendations will be explained to you in understandable terms, and all of your questions will be answered.
· Is there a condition that orthodontics can address?
· Is treatment needed now or should treatment be delayed until appropriate growth, tooth eruption or other factors have occurred?
· What treatment procedures will be used to correct the problem?
· How long will treatment take?
· How much will it cost?
· What are my payment options?
By the end of your first visit, we want you to feel at home in our office and have confidence in our ability to provide excellent care and top-quality service. We insist that our patients leave the office with a clear understanding of their specific needs, what the treatment will consist of, how long it will take and available financial arrangements.
We know your time is valuable, so to expedite treatment, we reserve time following the exam for diagnostic records. The records include x-rays and impressions for study models, which are necessary for developing the appropriate treatment plan. This additional appointment will last approximately 30 minutes.
WORKING WITHIN YOUR BUDGET
From flexible monthly payments to outside financing, help with your insurance or not, you will find our team eager to arrange a plan that is gentle on your budget. We will do all that we can to see that finances don’t stand between you and the necessary treatment. Our above board policy assures you that there will be no “hidden costs” or unpleasant surprises.
